The board voted to sell land in the Rising Sun industrial park to a company that will build a corn depot. Alix Sanders requested that the Board hire his law firm to defend him in the Kemp lawsuit alleging false imprisonment and malicious prosecution. The Board voted to apply for a development grant to plan the usage of the abandoned and closed Florewood State Park, with Mr. Wolfe casting the lone dissenting vote.
