The Board of Supervisors is the governing body of Leflore County. It consists of five members elected by the people every four years. The Board generally meets three times each month at the Court House.

The Board opened bids for bulk fuel. An interest payment of $137,100 for the Community Bank financing from HUD was approved. The contract with Willis Engineering was tabled for later consideration and changes.
