The Board held its monthly meeting. Superintendent Les Daniels announced his retirement at the end of the month. Sam Abraham spoke against the proposed property tax increase for the upcoming budget. The Board met during a recess and determined whether to permit Mr. Abraham to speak, in violation of the Open Meetings Act which requires the Board to discuss such matters in open session.
