The Board of Supervisors is the governing body of Leflore County. It consists of five members elected by the people every four years. The Board generally meets three times each month at the Court House.

The Board opened bids for the new maintenance facility. Several matters from NCPDD came before the Board regarding the Clint Williams Company project and the Home Grant project. Final tax exemption status was granted to Milwaukee Tool for the expansion project.
