Leflore County Board of Supervisors

The Board of Supervisors is the governing body of Leflore County. It consists of five members elected by the people every four years. The Board generally meets three times each month at the Court House.

The Board of Supervisors discussed the possible sale of the "incubator" building. The Board authorized obtaining an appraisal. A request was made to temporarily close a portion of Road 555. Boys and Girls Club requested a large contribution from the county. Several other funding requests were made by other local groups. The Board went into executive session to discuss a personnel matter.
