Leflore County Board of Supervisors

The Board of Supervisors is the governing body of Leflore County. It consists of five members elected by the people every four years. The Board generally meets three times each month at the Court House.

Incoming Chancellor Willie J. Perkins, Sr. requested funding for his new office staff. Brantley Snipes presented a report on Main Street's activities, and presented a request for a tax break for the Cotton Row Club. Kenderick Cox requested funding for community projects. A discussion on service agreement options for new motor graders was held.
