Leflore County Board of Supervisors

The Board of Supervisors is the governing body of Leflore County. It consists of five members elected by the people every four years. The Board generally meets three times each month at the Court House.

The Board adopted a resolution for the Sisters of Saint Francis. Jimmy Gibson, solid waste director, discussed discontinuing various commercial dumpster services. A discussion took place regarding the complete re-opening of the court house. The Board approved several right-of-way agreements with Suddenlink.
