The Greenwood-Leflore-Carroll Economic Development Foundation held its annual banquet and meeting at the Civic Center. New executive committee members were elected. Donnie Brock gave a report of this years progress. Jay C. Moon, President of the Mississippi Manufacturers Association, was the guest speaker.
