Carlos Palmer, Southern District Justice Court Judge, addresses the Greenwood Voters League regarding his candidacy for election to continue serving as Judge. He had previously been appointed to fill the unexpired term of Larry "Blue" Neal, who resigned the bench to pursue the position of Mayor last spring.
