The Council held the monthly Dilapidated Housing hearing. The Council heard a presentation from a disabilities rights advocate. The Council adopted a resolution honoring former Chief James O. Elliott for his service to the city in the fire department. Several tax exemptions were approved. The Council adopted a Resolution calling the Ward 6 Special Election for January 10, 2006.
