The Board of Supervisors is the governing body of Leflore County. It consists of five members elected by the people every four years. The Board generally meets three times each month at the Court House.

The Board handled several items presented by Josh Brown relating to the Home Grant Project. Several tax sales were voided. Juvenile Detention Director Robert Fitzpatrick recommended a new hire for his department. Another discussion of the vicious dog ordinance took place.
