The Board of Supervisors is the governing body of Leflore County. It consists of five members elected by the people every four years. The Board generally meets three times each month at the Court House.

The Board handled matters related to legal services and the grain terminal project. T. W. Cooper presented several matters for Emergency Management. A discussion took place regarding interlocal agreements with the city of Greenwood. The Board voted to advertise for a search and rescue boat.
