The Board of Supervisors is the governing body of Leflore County. It consists of five members elected by the people every four years. The Board generally meets three times each month at the Court House.

The Board continued the process of equalizing the property tax rolls. The airport board and director appeared to discuss the control tower project. The Board approved a cafeteria plan administrator for county employees. Equipment for the dive team was purchased.
