The Board heard a presentation from Vernon Ricks, an airport tenant with concerns about his lease and various actions taken by the Board and other tenants to his detriment. The Board heard its regular project update report from the Airport Manager. The Board discussed the disagreement between the Board of Supervisors and the Board regarding the engineer for the control tower project. The Board went into Executive Session to discuss matters related to the Ricks lease. The Board voted to propose an offer to Mr. Ricks to pay to move him to a new location, and to ask the city and county for authority to pay for that move. The Board also determined the proposed location for the new Ricks lease, but it was not disclosed in the public meeting.
