The Council heard from Dr. Margie Pulley, the interim Superintendent of the Greenwood Public Schools, regarding the school's budget. A report was received concerning the annual audit of the city's finances. An ordinance restricting owners of pit bulls was adopted. Several tax exemptions were granted to the Viking group of companies.
