The Board of Supervisors is the governing body of Leflore County. It consists of five members elected by the people every four years. The Board generally meets three times each month at the Court House.

The Board approved three new property tax exemptions for Friction LLC, Milwaukee Tool, and Viking Range. Several 16th Section land leases were approved for the county school board. The Greenwood-Leflore County Hospital budget summary was received. A junk car ordinance was adopted.
