The Board of Supervisors is the governing body of Leflore County. It consists of five members elected by the people every four years. The Board generally meets three times each month at the Court House.

The Board voted to close Road 90. The final amended budget for the previous fiscal year was approved. The Home Grant was approved for advertisement for contractors to reconstruct two homes. Some Business Incubator business was transacted. The Board voted to purchase 3.64 acres in Sidon for a park. The matter of retroactive payment for bailiffs was taken up.
