The Board held a special meeting to reconsider adoption of the budget. The budget again was not approved by a 2-2 vote, with Mr. Moore and Mr. Wolfe voting nay, and Mr. Ratliff not in attendence. Mr. Wolfe made clear that his opposition was grounded in excessive spending to "advertise county resources." Mr. Self moved that the budget be approved, excluding the county resources advertisement portion. The budget was then adopted by a 3-1 vote, Mr. Moore voting nay.
