The Council held its monthly hearing on dilapidated properties. The Council approved applying for several grants for law enforcement. The Council voted 5-2, Jennings and Cookston voting nay, to pay the legal bill from Willie Perkins of $15,000 for his representation of the five council members in the Mayor's suit regarding the city attorney's position.
