The Board of Supervisors is the governing body of Leflore County. It consists of five members elected by the people every four years. The Board generally meets three times each month at the Court House.

The Board reappointed all the county officers and appointed positions. Circuit Court Judge Betty Sanders swore in the election commission members. Brian Thornhill was appointed to the Greenwood Leflore Hospital Board. Some items related to payment for the Airport Ramp Extention project were approved.
