The Board of Supervisors is the governing body of Leflore County. It consists of five members elected by the people every four years. The Board generally meets three times each month at the Court House.

The Board entertained some matters brought by Emergency Management Director Troy Brown. An auditor was hired to do the official annual audit. The Board considered the matter of a "black Friday" payday date adjustment proposed by Robert Moore.
