A proclamation honoring Dr. and Mrs. Chawla on their 50th wedding anniversary was read by Mayor McAdams. The Council held its monthly hearing on dilapidated properties. Thomas Gregory presented a new draft of the proposed Zoning and Development Code for study. A donation to Our House, Inc. was acted upon.
