The Board of Supervisors is the governing body of Leflore County. It consists of five members elected by the people every four years. The Board generally meets three times each month at the Court House.

The Board held a hearing on closing Road 106. Several matters from NCPDD were brought forward. A discussion of the Delta Workforce Development Area agreement took place. The county school district requested help maintaining various bus turns.
