The Board of Supervisors is the governing body of Leflore County. It consists of five members elected by the people every four years. The Board generally meets three times each month at the Court House.

The Board opened bids for the Itta Bena Pumping Station and the Energy Service Contract proposal. The Circuit Clerk brought forward his contract for moving the voting machines to and from the polling places. The Board discussed the buy-out of Itta Bena's half of the industrial park.
