Court Proceedings Perkins v. McAdams Election Contest Part 14 Friday, October 2, 2015
Running Time 40 min
First Posted on Saturday, October 3, 2015 at 12:13 am
Mr. Perkins continued questioning deputy circuit clerk Lisa Henry about her greater success in locating several of the affidavit voters' registrations after the election had been certified.
Afterwards, a number of housekeeping matters relating to ordering the exhibits and formally moving certain documents into the record were handled.
Plaintiff Perkins then rested her case. The jury was excused so that the court could hear arguments on McAdams' motions for a directed verdict.
