The Board of Supervisors is the governing body of Leflore County. It consists of five members elected by the people every four years. The Board generally meets three times each month at the Court House.

The Board held an executive session to discuss industrial prospects. The Engineer brought forward several contract approvals for road projects. The Board went back into executive session to discuss pending litigation, but no action was taken.
