The Board of Supervisors is the governing body of Leflore County. It consists of five members elected by the people every four years. The Board generally meets three times each month at the Court House.

The Board voted to hire a part-time telephone operator for the courthouse. Tax Assessor Leroy Ware brought some changes to the tax rolls for adoption. The Board voted to approve the burial of Dewayne Robinson's unclaimed body.
