The Council held its monthly hearing on dilapidated properties. Several funding requests were heard. The Council gave a $5000 contribution to Delta Streets Ministry. The Council amended the Zoning and Development Code. A resolution deeding a parcel of land to the old Odd Fellows Cemetery was adopted.
