The Board of Supervisors is the governing body of Leflore County. It consists of five members elected by the people every four years. The Board generally meets three times each month at the Court House.

The Board held a zoning hearing for a variance request. The Board went into Executive Session to discuss the personnel policy of the county. The revised contract for legal services with Butler Snow relating to leasing the hospital was approved.
