The Board of Supervisors is the governing body of Leflore County. It consists of five members elected by the people every four years. The Board generally meets three times each month at the Court House.

The Board approved the renewal of the computer backup service. An amendment to the Home Grant was adopted. Approval to close the Justice Court Clerk's office February 5-7, 2020 was given because of the clerk's attendance at a judicial conference.
