The Board of Supervisors is the governing body of Leflore County. It consists of five members elected by the people every four years. The Board generally meets three times each month at the Court House.

The Board discussed helping flood victims. A new tenant for the Incubator was brought to the Board for approval. The District Attorney requested a salary increase for the Victim Witness Coordinator. Resolutions of appreciation for Rebecca kwong, Dorothy Ivory, and Dr. Elizabeth Evans were approved. The Board voted to end the county-wide mask mandate, although temperatures will be checked upon entering the courthouse.
