The council heard from several citizens and groups in the public agenda portion of the meeting. The council held its regular monthly hearing on dilapidated properties. The council approved the budget and tax levy for the upcoming fiscal year starting October 1, 2021. The council renewed the city's health care insurance. Several C-spire permits to use city right-of-ways were approved. The council approved donations to St. Francis and MVSU. The council voted to advertise for bids for the sale of the old MedStat building.
