The Board of Supervisors is the governing body of Leflore County. It consists of five members elected by the people every four years. The Board generally meets three times each month at the Court House.

Angela Curry provided the Board with an economic development update. Library director Naomi Jones presented bids for interior repair to the building. The Board received a presentation on the America Rescue Plan Act. The Board approved contracts and ordinances necessary to collect property taxes for the city of Greenwood. The Board approved the holiday declarations for Veterans Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years Day. The Board went into executive session to discuss county inventory issues.
