The board was to approve the budget meeting. The creation of a public relations position was discussed. A discussion took place whether to hire a legal counselor. An executive session discussion regarding purchase of new doors and locks for the county jail at a cost of over $650,000 took place. Also discussed behind closed doors was an industrial prospect.
