The Board of Supervisors is the governing body of Leflore County. It consists of five members elected by the people every four years. The Board generally meets three times each month at the Court House.

The board approved certain deletions from the county inventory.
The board approved a donation to the Exchange Club.
The board went into executive session to discuss the hospital lease negotiations, but no action was taken. After the board came back, the board approved a motion to allow the hospital board of trustees to continue to negotiate with UMMC over the lease agreement, and to appoint board president Robert Collins to represent the Board of Supervisors in those negotiations.
The board approved only two sets of minutes from May 2022, and failed to approve the rest of May and June's minutes.
