The school board of the Consolidated Public School system held a hearing on the matter of the dismissal of Superintendent James Johnson-Waldington.
After hearing from the witnesses and attorneys, the board went into executive session, and the motion to reinstate him failed on a tie vote of two to two. The individual votes were not announced in the meeting.
