Elizabeth Liddell of Main Street appeared to discuss a proposed project.
Mayor McAdams reported that the city will receive around $2 million from state sources to repair and renew three or four blocks of Walthall Street downtown.
The mayor requested that the police chief have his officers stop underaged persons from driving golf carts on the city streets. The parents of the children will be ticketed when officers catch these incidents.
