The council held its regular hearing on dilapidated properties.

The council considered granting the Hickok property tax exemption, but because it was brought up at the last minute, the council voted to table the item until the next meeting, so that members would have a chance to study it further before a vote is taken.

The council approved the Oak Street Subdivision plat survey.

The council voted to amend the Zoning Ordinance regarding ground floor apartments in the downtown business district.
