The Board of Supervisors is the governing body of Leflore County. It consists of five members elected by the people every four years. The Board generally meets three times each month at the Court House.

The Board approved some matters on behalf of the Airport Board. Sheriff Ricky Banks brought several matters to the Board's attention relating to his department. The Board discussed closing a portion of County Road 540.
