The Board of Supervisors is the governing body of Leflore County. It consists of five members elected by the people every four years. The Board generally meets three times each month at the Court House.

The Board took up again the Home Grant matter. Mr. Mark Kimmel appeared to discuss the issue of moving CR 114. Mr. Frager McCline Sr. presented his request to lease space in the Business Incubator, which was granted. The 2009 Byrne/JAG grant application was approved.
