The Board of Supervisors is the governing body of Leflore County. It consists of five members elected by the people every four years. The Board generally meets three times each month at the Court House.

The Board opened various bids. Some changes in the work on the Old Library building were discussed. Several matters were brought forward by T. W. Cooper related to Emergency Management matters. Preston Ratliff brought up the matter of playground equipment. A resolution supporting MVSU was brought by Robert Collins.
