The Board of Supervisors is the governing body of Leflore County. It consists of five members elected by the people every four years. The Board generally meets three times each month at the Court House.

The Board approved some appointments recommended by Judge Kevin Adams. A discussion on redistricting took place with Slaughter & Slaughter, Jerry Wilson, and Butler-Snow personnel. The Board voted to pay attorney Ron Welch to inspect the county jail, Mr. Wolfe voting against the resolution.
