The Board of Supervisors is the governing body of Leflore County. It consists of five members elected by the people every four years. The Board generally meets three times each month at the Court House.

The Board approved several action items presented by NCPDD regarding the Oil Mill road project and the Little Round Park Trail project. Several items from the North Central Mississippi Narcotics Task Force were approved. The Board put off a decision on redistricting till the next week's meeting.
