The Board of Supervisors is the governing body of Leflore County. It consists of five members elected by the people every four years. The Board generally meets three times each month at the Court House.

The Board approved changes to the property rolls submitted by Tax Assessor Leroy Ware. The missing emergency management radios were discussed. A special prosecutor for the incident between Vonzell Self and Jalani Barr was appointed, as County Prosecutor Richard Oakes has a conflict and had to recuse himself. The Christmas holiday schedule was adopted.
