The Board of Supervisors is the governing body of Leflore County. It consists of five members elected by the people every four years. The Board generally meets three times each month at the Court House.

The Board approved proceeding with the $2 million CAP loan to assist a new business. The Board moved forward with its plan to go paperless for its board meetings. A lease agreement between the Airport Board and GE was approved. The Engineer brought forward an item to repair storm drainage pumps.
