The council held its regular monthly hearing on dilapidated properties. The Council elected Ronnie Stevenson as President for the upcoming four year term of office. David Bowman presented an update on the Waste Water Treatment Plant project. Several grants were approved. The Council received another proposed Sign Ordinance for study.
