The Council held its regular monthly hearing on dilapidated properties. Representatives of the the city's accounting firm made a presentation in anticipation of the city's re-employment of Fred T. Neely & Company to perform the annual audit of the city. A resolution to raise the pay of the city council clerk was defeated 4 to 3.
