The Council held its regular hearing on dilapidated properties. The garbage fee ordinance was amended. The budget for the upcoming fiscal year was adopted. The property tax millage rates were adopted for the upcoming year. A one million dollar bond issue was discussed for the auto dealership project. The old warehouse property on Fulton Street was sold back to Greenwood Utilities for $150,000.
