The Board of Supervisors is the governing body of Leflore County. It consists of five members elected by the people every four years. The Board generally meets three times each month at the Court House.

The Board approved a resolution honoring Alix Sanders. A discussion took place with John Ray regarding usage of the Florewood Park. A special prosecutor was appointed for a justice court case from which Richard Oakes recused himself. The Leflore High School Basketball Team was recognized.
