The council held its monthly hearing on dilapidated properties. Allan Hammons presented information about the new FAA grant. The Council rejected Carl Clark's appeal of the planning commission's denial of his plans to expand his office complex and storage facility on Park Avenue. The Council approved hiring legal counsel to go forward with obtaining RFPs for the leasing of the Greenwood Leflore Hospital.
